🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You may exchange your item or receive store credit within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start an exchange or request store credit, email us at info88moda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions.

We do not offer refunds.

🚚 Delivery Policy

For local delivery within the Richmond and Vancouver, British Columbia areas.

  • Deliveries are typically fulfilled within 3-5 business days.

  • A valid delivery address within the eligible regions is required at checkout.

  • For other countries, it may take up to 7 -14 business days.

📦 Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. While we do not offer returns, we will review such cases individually to ensure quality standards are maintained.
